A lifelong learner and educator, Dr. Gilmore serves as an adjunct professor at Wright State University, where he teaches courses on the intersection of international politics and cybersecurity. His academic background includes a Ph.D. in Information Systems Security, a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, and a bachelor\'s degree in Computer Software Engineering and Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) at the U.S. Naval War College, further deepening his understanding of national security strategy and military operations.Dr. Gilmore’s contributions have earned high-level recognition, including a personal challenge coin from Lt.
