I founded Forging People to help individuals, teams, and organisations find their voice and communicate with clarity, confidence, and authentic impact.Too many people struggle to speak up in the moments that matter. This might be leading meetings, presenting to stakeholders, delivering training, or speaking at events where their message needs to land. Fear, self-doubt, and imposter syndrome often get in the way, causing people to hold back, over-edit, or perform rather than speak honestly. That is the space Forging People works in.Forging People delivers transformational speaking coaching across corporate, education, frontline services, and reform sectors. Our work is grounded in lived experience and practical tools. We do not rely on theory, performance coaching, or scripted techniques. Instead, we offer real, human support that helps people speak as themselves, with greater clarity, confidence, and conviction.Our signature programme, Find Your Voice, is designed to help people communicate authentically in any setting.
