Our remit spans process simplification, risk and compliance management, vendor and service management, data and analytics, and the adoption of innovative technologies—including automation and AI—to continually improve candidate, stakeholder and business outcomes.Operating Model, Process Improvement & PMO:Own and evolve the TA operating model, embedding Lean and Agile principles to simplify processes, remove inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement. Provide support and oversight to major projects and enable best practice and maintain strategic and business case alignmentRisk, Compliance & Governance:Accountable for robust risk management and compliance including ISQM1 controls, GDPR/data privacy, audit independence, immigration/RTW and vetting. Maintain a risk dashboard, chair monthly Risk SteerCo and ensure policies, controls, and training are current and effectiveVendor & Service Management:Lead vendor strategy, onboarding, compliance, and performance management for all TA suppliers and partners. Oversee key internal relationships with functions we depend on to deliver, ensuring service levels and risk mitigation are achievedData, Analytics & Technology Enablement:Drive the TA analytics strategy, partnering with Talent Analytics to deliver actionable insights, dashboarding, and reporting. Champion the adoption and optimisation of core systems (SuccessFactors, Amberjack, Capfinity, Beamery, Fieldglass, Enboarder) and lead the pipeline for automation and AI use cases to improve efficiency and qualityBudget Management & Cost Optimisation:Set and manage TA budgets including cost forecasting and modelling, and oversee delivery of cost reduction initiatives, track spend and embed effective financial controls
