Delivering in-house and public courses in London, around the UK and online.I developed and teach the world\'s first training course on UX for business analysts. I also teach courses covering BCS qualifications such as business analysis practice, business change, requirements engineering, commercial awareness, modelling business processes, data modelling and analysis, the International Diploma in Business Analysis oral exam, and systems development essentials, as well as courses for IIBA\'s CBAP/CCBA certifications, APMG courses in agile business analysis, agile project management, agile digital services and a course which I developed covering IREB\'s CPRE-FL qualification in requirements engineering.I mentor business analysts under the IS Business Analyst Apprenticeship programme. This includes designing and running workshops on UX, wireframes & prototyping, visual thinking, stakeholder engagement, negotiation & workshops, managing data with SQL & spreadsheets, software testing & acceptance testing.
