SCOPELead the USDA cybersecurity program for a multimillion-dollar contract. Accountable for delivery, P&L, staffing, and stakeholder satisfaction across ~100 systems and applications.What I own Program delivery: A&A, RMF, access control, contingency planning, security compliance, and reporting cadence across FPAC. People & partners: Build and coach a 50+ blended team; manage subcontractors and vendor performance; align SLAs with mission goals. Financials: Budgeting, forecasting, and margin management; prioritize investments that improve risk posture and reduce operating cost. Stakeholders: Coordinate with federal leads to set priorities, remove blockers, and land decisions fast.Selected Results Drove enterprise cyber initiatives at USDA that improved audit readiness and reduced risk exposure while meeting schedule commitments. Introduced automation and standard work that cut manual effort by thousands of hours and improved cycle time on recurring deliverables. Stood up portfolio governance for ~100 systems with clear metrics, dashboarding, and on-time reviews.
