ABOUT NICK COWARD

Entrepreneurial and commercially astute, he has experience of achieving sustainable financial performance across businesses and projects.His experience includes directing the design of the largest road building project in the UK, directing a programme of improvement schemes for Highways England, managing a County Council professional services framework, a national telecoms project and project management of the Cambridge Guided Busway.He has over 20 years of experience of collaborative, innovative working with both clients and contractors, from alliance style working on the A14 to partnering contracts with MoD Defence Estates. His experience working overseas in Australia and Hong Kong developed his cultural awareness enabling him to build diverse and high performing teams.
