My main responsibilities include strategic account management and growth, regional, state, and local business development (BD), project management (PM), construction management (CM), and providing direction, senior peer review, quality control, and leadership to technical project teams delivering on complex industrial site cleanup projects. I develop and direct the technical and management aspects of TRC services at the project, client, and regulatory levels, and function as a local senior PM and client point of contact. My professional time is split between working at the TRC Richmond VA office, working from my home office, meeting with clients, meeting with regulators, performing site visits, meeting at other TRC offices located within the region to support BD and operations, and at public BD opportunities such as conferences, trade shows, and other networking events.My primary BD goal is to expand delivery of TRC\'s industrial site cleanup services (initial site assessment, investigation, engineering, remediation, construction management, OM & M, and reporting) with both existing TRC clients and new clients within the local (Richmond), State (VA), and regional (DC, WV, MD, PA, NC) geographies. My primary PM goal is to mitigate client financial and regulatory risk by providing efficient and effective project delivery, attaining and maintaining regulatory compliance, and preparing succinct and detailed project deliverables.BD and subsequent project execution always remain focused on client advocacy, risk mitigation, goals and objectives alignment, scope definition and prioritization, cost and schedule control, regulatory compliance, health and safety, and consistent client communication to support real-time environmental decision making.
