About Nick Calderon
Nick was born and raised in the Central Valley of California. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. While at Cal Poly, Nick originally pursued a career in Civil Engineering. After two years, he re-evaluated the options, knowing he wanted to return the Central Valley. With the major impact agriculture had on his hometown, he decided to pursue a degree in Agricultural Business with an emphasis in Finance. While at Cal Poly, he participated in many enterprise projects which included moving sprinkler pipes, pruning apple trees and harvesting and packing mandarins for sale to local retailers. Nick has been performing implementation services since 2005 and has been involved in more than 500 implementations across the USA, Canada and Mexico. Nick has experience with Processors, Brokers, Growers, Packers/Shippers, Importers, Exporters, Distributors, Wholesalers, Labor Contractors and Repackers. Duties encompass oversight of all ERP, mobile applications and WMS implementations, on-site and phone consulting with new and existing customers, portfolio and project management, and new product development. Nick lives in Fresno, CA with his wife since 2007, Kim, who is also a Cal Poly alumnus and high school science teacher. He has three sons, John, Luke and Seth. Nick spends time volunteering with his church and is a member of the Knights of Columbus. Nick enjoys spending time with his family by the pool and experimenting with different BBQ recipes.
