I graduated from Iowa State University in December 2013 with a B.S. in Construction Engineering. Over the past 11 years, I’ve worked as a Field Engineer and Superintendent, gaining hands-on experience in both ground-up construction and complex remodels. My project portfolio includes multi-story medical and office buildings, active hospital renovations (including PET CT and pharmacy), large sports complexes, multi-floor tenant fit-outs, and a bank office building/branch.Today, I serve as an Industrialized Construction Coordinator, partnering with project teams to improve delivery through prefabrication strategies.

   As an Industrialized Construction (IC) Coordinator, I bridge the gap between design, shop, and field operations to drive efficiency through prefabrication strategies. My role focuses on identifying opportunities early in preconstruction, coordinating multi-trade assemblies, and ensuring seamless execution from concept to installation.Key Responsibilities:Prefab Opportunity Analysis: Review projects during RFP and preconstruction phases to identify self-perform and multi-trade prefabrication solutions.Cross-Team Coordination: Act as a liaison between IC, VDC, preconstruction, project management, field teams, and business development.Shop Scheduling & Logistics: Maintain prefabrication shop schedules, manage material procurement, and oversee delivery of assemblies to job sites.Quality & Cost Control: Monitor assembly quality, track shop productivity, and manage cost reporting for IC operations.Technical Support: Develop work plans, assembly drawings, and provide technical guidance to ensure accurate fabrication.Network & Process Management: Support subcontractor coordination, maintain IC network, and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
