About Nick Benhoff
Currently, I’m the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Lebanon Valley College, overseeing the performance and programming of 16 varsity teams. Additionally, I’m developing a practical internship program with the help of the amazing Exercise Science staff at LVC. I look forward to providing future strength coaches with a well-rounded practical education alongside their studies. Previously the Director of Strength and Conditioning at S3 Performance Training in York, PA, I was responsible for developing strength programs, team training, and coach development. I’m dedicated to the field of strength and conditioning, and I look to continue to push the field forward. I value education, and I’m excited to continue my education and pursue my Ph.D. in Human and Sport Performance from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.
