Responsibilities include:• Oversight of HR, IT and Facility Management teams responsible for supporting operations for 200-300 employees operating in Sudbury, Ontario and with programs throughout Northern Ontario and globally;• Responsible for development and implementation of new corporate Engagement Strategies, including the development of new Leadership Development strategies, Succession Planning, Performance Management processes, Onboarding processes, communication/feedback mechanisms, policy development and total compensation strategies;• Oversight of Science North’s Northern Leadership Program consisting of 10 community corporate partners offering 12 month leadership programs for selected individuals.
