Dr. Nick Axford is Avison Young\'s Chief Economist, and has over 25 years\' experience in leading private sector research and consultancy functions. From 1994 to 2018 he worked for CBRE, including five years as Global Head of Research. In this global role, Nick was responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of more than 650 specialists in countries around the world. Nick is a regular presenter at leading industry conferences and events, appearing frequently in the print and broadcast media commenting on topical issues relating to the commercial real estate market.
