Having practiced Architecture for 5 years, Nick moved into the HR and Contracts in 2009 re-training in HR Management, then following this up with a Diploma, Practitioner and Master Practitioner qualifications in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). Moving into the management side of the practice twelve years ago, Nick is part of the senior management team and sits on the Board.Seeing people as core to any business, Nick is currently undertaking a Executive Coaching PG Dip carrying out his pro bono hours towards qualification.
