With over 12 years of experience in the sports industry, I am the Lead of the Americas Real Estate Operations Team at Under Armour, a global leader in performance apparel, footwear, and accessories. I oversee the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of all retail store projects across the Americas region, including brand new store openings and existing store expansions, remodels, relocations and permanent closures. I leverage my skills in project management, retail store operations, and collaboration to partner with cross-functional teams, such as field leadership, HR and recruiting, visual merchandising, marketing, IT, operations, facilities, construction, and design, to deliver a seamless end to end experience for all parties involved in store projects. Together, we strive to deliver innovative and impactful solutions that enhance the teammate and customer experience, drive growth, and increase profitability. In my previous roles at Under Armour, I was a District Manager and a Training Store Manager, where I led, coached, and developed high-performing teams, managed a $65 million-dollar market, and executed operational excellence and customer service standards.
