Oversight, Design and Planning of all downhole operations including Well workovers, Well completions, P&A’s and Drilling of new wells• Drilling San Andres, Glorieta, Ellenburger, Devonian, Delaware and Dakota Sands wells.• Working together with geologists gathering offset well data and reservoir information in order analyze locations for new injection wells. • Run down-hole and pipeline hydraulic simulations to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability of each new facility and wellbore.• Help with engineering design and construction of facilities. • Often making trips to the field to interact with foremen, area managers and facility operators. Review of AFEs after each project helps with planning and cost savings for future projects.• Oversee and run facility and downhole chemical program companywide. Including but not limited to well acidizing/stimulations, tank clean outs, pad removal, pipeline pigging.
