In early 2021 I became an owner of our Cincinnati East Express Employment Professionals team. At the same time, I became a developer representative mentoring the other 19 offices in Southern Ohio and Kentucky. Most notably, I kickstarted a monthly newsletter featuring updates, interviews, and articles and launched two weekly training programs focused on new and seasoned staff members individually. I could only pull this off by surrounding myself with brilliant people and leveraging their strengths.
