Senior Technology Manager for Wells Fargo for the Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) Technology group within the Enterprise Core Services (ECS), Customer Enablement and Business Automation Team (CEBAT). The AI/ML Technology group was formed in 2017 to support the Artificial Intelligence Enterprise Solutions (AIES) business and Data Science teams with a mission to enable the enterprise to leverage the full capabilities of the Artificial Intelligence to deliver insightful and personalized experiences for customer and team members, drive greater operational efficiency, while reducing risk & expense and driving revenue. The focus is to develop and implement a foundational AI strategy and roadmap for the enterprise. The AI Technology group is creating a unified enterprise platform with GPU capabilities for deploying AI, ML and Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions. I am currently building a new Production Operations team responsible for Model Operations, Data Engineering/Provisioning and Governance functions. My team’s mission is to operationalize models for the enterprise via the DEV/OPS provisioning pipeline using Hadoop, MapR, Hive, Kafka, Python, Java, Scala, Ansible, DL4J, ND4J & Sanford NLP frameworks, Ab Initio, H2O, DataRobot, Digital Reasoning, and TensorFlow technologies.
