I graduated in May of 2024 from Washington State University\'s Carson College of Business, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems. My passion lies in leveraging technology to drive business efficiency and innovation. I bring a proven track record of excellence and a versatile skill set honed through diverse experiences ranging from sales and marketing to technical installations and event management. During my sales and marketing internship this past summer, I developed my skills in sales strategy and customer engagement. I achieved this by thoroughly analyzing market data and providing vital sales resources. By developing communication strategies and interacting with managerial and executive teams, I have refined my ability to share insights and drive collaborative success. In addition to my corporate experience, I have a rich background in hands-on technical roles and customer service. Through various roles, I have gained an aptitude for interpersonal communication, enhanced my ability to navigate and resolve complex challenges, and strengthened my competence in collaborative teamwork. Equipped with skills in Microsoft Office, project management software, and CRM tools like Salesforce, I am eager to apply my knowledge to real-world business challenges.
