I’ve spent my career working in the spaces where product management, program management, engineering, operations, and customer success intersect. My work has always centered on helping organizations introduce new products, modernize complex systems, and deliver change without unexpected impact to customers or the business.I started in program and project leadership, where I learned how to bring clarity to large initiatives and guide teams through detailed execution. From there, I moved deeper into product work, shaping roadmaps, understand customer needs, and make sure the organization was ready to deliver and scale. That experience grew into leading launch readiness for enterprise platforms, where the scope included millions of customers and thousands of employees.At Humana, I built and lead the Strategic Readiness function that supports technology used across 13 million members and more than 120 billion in annual revenue. I work across product, engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, customer experience, and operations to identify risks early, close quality and adoption gaps, and make sure large-scale changes land cleanly. My focus is on launch quality, system stability, and the customer experience.Earlier in my career, I led the development and scaling of new products in financial services, including a digital lending business that grew from 30 million to more than 5 billion. I also founded and grew a healthcare business that reached more than one million in its first year. These roles grounded me in how strategy, product, operations, and customer experience come together to build something that actually works.What I enjoy most is helping organizations move confidently from idea to execution.
