I’m an entrepreneurial and values-driven leader with over 20 years of experience building teams, partnerships, and programs that deliver both results and meaningful social impact.My career began in retail leadership across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, where I led high-performing teams through brand transformation, omnichannel launches, and new store openings - always with a focus on people, experience, and purpose. These years taught me how to lead with agility, collaborate across functions, and drive growth through shared vision.Today, as Community Programs Manager at SFLGBT Center and Director of Programming & Community Partnerships for Pride House San Francisco 2026, I bring that same entrepreneurial mindset to the nonprofit and civic sectors. I build partnerships across corporations, government, and community organizations to design programs that advance inclusion, equity, and belonging.    Lead strategy, development, and implementation of community programs serving LGBTQ+ adults across San Francisco and the Bay Area. This includes Information & Referral services, Enhanced I&R case management, volunteering, and community building initiatives with a focus on wellbeing and connection.Key achievements & responsibilities:Oversee design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of programs that connect thousands of community members with essential resources and wellbeing support.Build and manage partnerships with local government, nonprofit, and corporate partners to expand reach and service delivery.Supervise and develop a high-performing team, ensuring trauma-informed, equity-centered, and data-driven practice.Manage fiscal planning, reporting, and relationships within the Community Programs portfolio.Serve on internal leadership committees (Racial Equity Planning, Theory of Change, Pride, and Executive Director Transition) to shape organizational strategy and culture.
