Currently contracting as an Acquisition Surveyor across several projects for Clarke Telecom including Three Densification Project, CTIL SRN, SMIP, B2/3 Tech Upgrades, and Unwinds, Vender Swap, and Three UK SRN. Current projects include the Telefónica L9/ N34,T23, L21/L26 upgrade projects, the B3 Unwind project, the Vendor Swap project, along with Telefónica’s Smart Metering Rollout project. Carrying out all aspects of the Acquisition process, from initial search to Handover, along the way advising on MSVs, and liaising with the Planning Team on the relevant Planning Applications along with Landlord Negotiations. Worked on the Telefónica / Vodafone Grow the Grid Contract, in the South West along with the Telefónica Unilateral Back up project. Worked on the CTIL Beacon 2 upgrade project in the London Area
