I am the firm\'s Senior LLP Partner. I specialise in commercial property, lending and charity work. For the past 20 years I have acted for banks, lenders and finance companies on all aspects of secured lending work. I advise on acquisitions, disposals, options, conditional contracts, landlord and tenant matters, development agreements and related contracts and warranties. I am in charge of business development and administers the firm\'s tenders.I head the firm\'s Charity and Not for Profit Unit advising on setting up of charities; governance and charity trustee liabilities and responsibilities; land transactions; incorporation, mergers and trading.I lecture to charities on a range of subjects and am a trustee of a number of charities and not for profit organisations.
