Serving as an Assistant Coach for Arkansas State University’s Track & Field program, contributing across all event groups while supporting athlete development, team operations, and program success. • Assisting with daily training, technical development, and athlete support for sprints, distance, jumps, throws, and hurdles. • Supporting recruiting efforts both regionally, nationally & internationally, to bring in high-character, high-potential student-athletes. • Gaining valuable experience learning under a respected and nationally competitive coaching staff. • Helping uphold the championship culture and standards of Arkansas State’s program through leadership, accountability, and day-to-day excellence. • Supporting program logistics, travel, and competition preparation.
