   The Senior Director, Health Promotion & Community Connections is responsible for developing and executing on the Arthritis Foundation’s overall patient education and health promotion strategies, focusing on key needs identified by patient insights and supported by the latest science information. This position is accountable for: • Utilizing health trends and patient insights to help to inform how the organization positions its health promotion initiatives • Overseeing strategy and implementation of national patient education programs, while also developing opportunities that can be implemented and/or leveraged locally. Such programs include, but are not limited to webinars, FB live events, podcasts, Walk with Ease, and Live Yes RA • Supporting development of training for staff and volunteers in the execution of local health program initiatives; works closely with the People Force Department to ensure alignment in training delivery • Providing oversight and strategy for the growth and development of Connect Groups and Online Forums • Developing partnerships and business opportunities that support the growth and scalability of health promotion initiatives; works closely with the Corporate Team
