I work closely with machinery manufacturers (both domestic and overseas) and contractors on the installation, commissioning, and optimization of production machinery-Train and develop electrical maintenance personnel-Assure proper maintenance of the production equipment, facility, and all supporting and auxiliary equipment-Work closely with line production personnel, quality personnel, and process engineers to optimize, streamline, and increase productivity; while improving quality and reducing waste-Plan, develop and implement CAPEX projects-Asist in ISO and NADCAP audits and certifications-Assisted in the development and implementation of LOTO program-Played a key role in commissioning the facility and in bringing in and commissioning additional production equipment-Troubleshot problems and make program changes to optimize productivity of production equipment-Maintain the routine calibration of load cells, LVDTs, RTDs, chart recorders, and other devices-Maintain program backups for PLCs and HMIs.
