ABOUT NICK STOKES

As a Senior Vice President at Old National Bank, I leverage my 25 years of experience in banking and agricultural finance to provide customized and innovative lending solutions for a diverse range of clients, including financial institutions, private equity, real estate investors, and family farms. I have a proven track record of delivering value-added services, such as estate and business continuity planning, mergers and acquisitions, and distressed asset resolution, to help clients achieve their business and financial goals.My core competencies include business relationship management, credit analysis, portfolio management, and risk and concentration analysis. I have successfully managed and grown a portfolio of agricultural assets across the US, covering an 8 state area in the Midwest and Mississippi Delta. I have also been involved in the turnaround and restoration of profitability and regulatory rating of several financial institutions, as well as the introduction and operation of a new financial institution in Champaign Illinois. I have served on the board of directors of four financial institutions, a bank holding company, an Economic Development Corporation, and various industry and community organizations. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
