What drives me most is design, innovation and teamwork in all aspects of life, in the process making life easier on ourselves and more fulfilling for those around us. I believe life and work can be seen as something that was given us and therefore,\"what a reward!\" or something that we deserve, and thus \"why haven\'t I received this?\" I get the most out of work when I am placed in a broad position with some capacity to create and improve my work processes. The Japanese way of LEAN thinking is a business model that I am passionate about. What NUMMI was able to do at Fremont with the same employees fascinates me.I am passionate about integrating new technology & designs into the more traditional models and standards when it comes to building design as well as individual product design and development.
