I currently serve as an Associate and Branch Manager in Bohler’s Bowie, MD office. With over 15 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management, I have been involved in a diverse range of commercial, residential, mixed-use, and industrial developments throughout Maryland. My primary focus lies in high-rise, mixed-use buildings, and urban infill projects.In my role, I specialize in various aspects of civil engineering, including site feasibility analysis and due diligence. I have extensive experience in interpreting zoning and subdivision codes, navigating local county entitlement processes, and contributing to urban redevelopment initiatives.
