   Supports the VP in creating enrollment and education standards, policies and procedures Leads, manages, sets goals and strategic direction for three teams across retirement services; Retirement Counselors (RCs), Small Market Relationship Managers (SM RMs), and Retirement Communication Managers (RCMs) Meet revenue targets by adding AUM via rollovers into plan and growing participation/enrollment and salary deferral rates among the largest, most profitable clients and influential financial advisors. Started two new teams that brought significant revenue to bottom line of ADP RS: o Rollover-In team Grew ROs into ADP from $330MM to $1 billion in less than 5 years o Distribution/Asset Retention team Instrumental in search, vetting, and negotiation to find IRA partner Managed team to record asset retention of terminated participant accounts Designed new initiatives and procedures to improve productivity and efficiencies, enhance current products and services. Lead high performing teams responsible for high client satisfaction and retention levels Engage in forecasting, statistical reporting and analysis. Acts as a licensed “Principal” for the ADP-Broker Dealer and ensure that the RCs, SM RMs and RCMs are in compliance with FINRA rules and regulations.
