Executive leader responsible for all Global Operations functions located at New Jersey, Rotkreuz, Switzerland and California manufacturing sites in support of Roche Diagnostics. Oversee all operations activities, including the execution of manufacturing, logistics, planning, production control, and manufacturing-related engineering for Roche Diagnostics full product portfolio. Responsible for Supply Management, Quality Operations, Design Transfer and Technical Support and Manufacturing support activities such as engineering and calibration. Accountable for setting the operations and manufacturing strategy to ensure achievement of financial and strategic goals, in addition to translating strategy into tactics, priorities and resource requirements. Actively serve as a key member of the Roche Molecular Diagnostic Leadership Team, Life Cycle Committee and Strategic Working Group providing insights, solutions and direction on general business matters and Operational planning. Function as a key member of the Global Operations Leadership Team ensuring a comprehensive manufacturing strategy and infrastructure in support of Roche Diagnostics worldwide. Act as the site head for the Branchburg manufacturing facility ensuring site compliance to all Roche and regulatory standards and regulations.
