Estimation of major Civil Engineering, Groundworks, Infrastructure, Bulk Earthworks and Remediation Projects across the UK.\\\\n\\\\nMy role within the business involves early client involvement to grow a tender from feasibility through to contract award providing technical, operational and financial advice throughout the process whilst managing client expectations at all stages.\\\\n\\\\nI also as part of my roll under take negotiation with statutory bodies, close out of pre commencement planning conditions working with clients as required, compete permit applications to bodies such as the EA. I also complete contract negotiations and complete initial commercial negotiations where required.\\\\n\\\\nI also have an active involvement in the management of the quarried aggregate / recycled aggregates imports and materials haulage / disposal business working closely with the sales teams, estimating team and the environmental team to optimise our offer. As part of this additional roll I chair weekly team meetings, manage the review of sales performance and manage the interface with the finance team to ensure the timely payment of invoices limiting aged debt.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
