About Nick Skewes-Cox

I build AI-powered software at the world\'s largest labor and employment law firm. My team develops tools that help attorneys and clients tackle complex legal and HR challenges — from AI assistants and pay equity analytics to case outcome modeling and intelligent document processing. I manage a portfolio of seven applications and work at the intersection of practicing attorneys, engineers, and the real-world problems our tools need to solve. Before legal tech, I spent years in fintech and mobile banking — leading products that served tens of millions of users, navigating acquisitions, and making the leap from sales into product management. That sales background turns out to be an unfair advantage: I treat every stakeholder like a customer worth winning.

I lead product management for a portfolio of custom-built applications that serve attorneys and clients across Littler\'s global practice. Key areas of focus- AI & LLM integration: Managing the development and expansion of AI assistants that synthesize legal content, case data, and firm documents — with strict access controls and ethical wall enforcement- Analytics platforms: Overseeing tools that help clients identify and remediate pay equity risks using statistical modeling and scenario analysis- Portfolio scale: Seven applications in active development, each serving a distinct user base and business need across the firm\'s 1,800+ attorneys and 75+ offices worldwideI joined Littler as a Product Manager and was promoted to Senior Technical Product Manager after three years, taking on a broader portfolio and a growing team.
