Negotiating commercial terms for the commissioning and acquisition of content for all of ITV\'s content related channels and services, including linear channels and ITVX;• Managing content deals through the relevant approvals processes including those at board level;• Drafting, negotiating and advising on a broad range of legal documents including third party agreements and templates in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Including a wide range of agreements such as content acquisition agreements with major studios and other rights holders and commissioning agreements with key production companies;• Liaising with other members of the ITV Media & Entertainment Legal & Business Affairs team and the broader ITV Legal teams, as well as a wide range of internal stakeholders in various parts of the business such as Finance, Marketing, Distribution, IP, Litigation, Regulatory and work collaboratively with them to provide timely and accurate advice and information when required;• Providing oversight and support to more junior team members;• Building strong and effective working relationships with creative and commercial partners, both internally and externally, being a central point of contact on behalf of the M&E Legal & Business Affairs team; and• Working on ad-hoc projects as may be required to support ITV M&E’s strategic objectives, liaising with senior stakeholders both internally and externally;
