Work closely with 250+ service locations and several back office support teams to ensure that hiring practices are legal, client promises are kept, standard operating procedures are used, and best practices followed across the organization. Responsible for operational training, a centralized recruiting capability, a MSP/VMS account management team, the compliance function, a business intelligence team and client reporting, an associate engagement initiative, a management development program, and the integration of field operations when acquisitions occur.
