In my role as Managing Director I provide the strategic leadership of the business, making sure we stay on course to achieve our 5 year sales growth and profit plan.\\\\n\\\\nOn a day to day basis I balance my time around both managing and growing the business. I provide the rigour required to deliver our services in line with our client’s requirements and the diligence to not only retain business but provide growth in the number of clients we work for.\\\\n\\\\nI lead a team of over 20 staff and field based technicians providing services to public sector housing clients and property owners across the whole of England. I manage the business through 4 corner stones.\\\\n\\\\n- Effective Management structure – My management team is functionally organised to ensure effective performance in finance, operations, health and safety and customer service.\\\\n- Motivated people - My people are highly trained, communicated with effectively, supported in their workplace and involved in improving the performance of our business.\\\\n- Efficient processes – Our business processes are lean, add value to our service offering and are embedded firmly to drive quality outcomes.\\\\n- Leading edge technology – I continue to make available investments in technology to support our work teams to perform their jobs at the highest level.\\\\n\\\\nIt is my job to make sure that our business continues to grow its presence in the property maintenance sector.
