I am a highly driven head of quality, experienced in designing and implementing end to end quality assurance strategies across a diverse range of product and delivery types.I am an experienced people manager, managing both small and large test teams (on and off-shore) with a wide range of skills and disciplines across multiple complex projects. I believe passionately in empowering people and teams to drive processes forward and continually improve. This, for me, is the key to a high performing function.My experience is strong in projects across multiple sectors including RPA, Utilities, Metering, Local and Central Government, Highways Management, Facilities Management, Commercial, Finance, Higher Education and Gaming.I am a dynamic leader who excels in a pressurised environment delivering to challenging timescales. I am flexible in my approach and experienced in reacting to change across projects in-flight.
