I am responsible for strategic site promotion and the preparation of major planning applications for residential / residential-led schemes within Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, West Oxfordshire and South Warwickshire. I have over 25 years experience in planning and regeneration gained in local authority, Regional Development Agency (Advantage West Midlands) private sector consultancy and house building.I have worked on a varied portfolio of residential, industrial/commercial and mixed use projects throughout the country for national house builders, commercial developers, local authorities and higher education institutions.Project work has involved promoting sites through development plan preparation, leading the preparation of often complex outline planning applications involving large, multi-disciplined teams, negotiation of S106 agreements, securing reserved matters approvals, community consultation and input into masterplanning.
