I am an experienced commercial litigator and I advise on a broad range of commercial disputes, including contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence matters and the enforcement of restrictive covenants in employment contracts. I have particular expertise in seeking and defending injunction proceedings, and regularly act for clients in urgent proceedings in the High Court.I’m experienced in advising on insolvency matters, both personal and corporate, and regularly act for Insolvency Practitioners on contentious insolvency claims, including wrongful/fraudulent trading, preferences, transactions at an undervalue and misfeasance claims. I’m an Associate Member of R3, the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and have obtained the ICAEW Certificate in Insolvency qualificationI am recognised as a “Rising Star” in the Legal 500, which is nice.
