In second season finished 22-11, it is one of only four 20-win seasons in program history, and the most wins since 1982. • In first season with the program helped them to a 15-15 record, the first non-losing season in a decade. • Worked with development of the setters and middles on their skills, volleyball IQ, and academically. • This year coached the first in school history Freshman of the Year in our setter and coached our first All-Conference selection since 2007 in one of my middles. • Developed the offense schemes and blocking schemes for the program. Helped to lead team to top offensive performances and blocking performances in several matches throughout the season. • In charge of all the equipment for the program. In charge of the ordering and budgeting for all equipment needed for the program to run. • In charge of team travel which included hotel selections, restaurants, and travel arrangements. • In charge of all film breakdown, exchange, and film training sessions with team. • Helped with the evaluation of recruits and selection of prospective student-athletes.
