Throughout his career, Nicholas has successfully navigated both sides of the print business—from managing large-scale corporate print operations to overseeing hands-on production. His deep knowledge spans vendor selection, project management, and optimizing print quality while controlling costs, making him a trusted leader in the field.A proud accomplishment in Nicholas’s career was his role as the lead in a significant project with Xerox Corp, where he was brought in to create an in-house print center for a major client. Tasked with consolidating 12 siloed facilities into a single, efficient operation, Nicholas’s leadership and technical expertise were critical. The centralized plant, utilizing Xmpie, Fiery 6, and FreeFlow Core, now handles digital printing, finishing, and distribution across multiple locations. This transformation not only reduced the client’s overall print costs but also improved delivery times, enhanced quality, developed production efficiencies, and organized branding libraries. Nicholas has managed teams ranging from three to seventy members, adapting his leadership style to ensure both small and large teams deliver exceptional results.
