I am the National Technical Manager for North American for Azkoyen USA, having moved to the USA from the UK\'s leading OCS and Hot Beverage manufacturer Coffetek now working with a within a small but strong team of customer driven and skilled individuals. My key strength in the business comes from my ability to help customers find the right solutions to meet their specific needs based over 12 years in both commercial and technical departments inside Coffetek giving me a diverse perspective on the key markets and also a personal understanding of coffee, creating the highest quality products for each market and the manufacturing processes. My passion for the business and what I do comes from the many years in the industry working in Coffetek during my summer vacations when I was a teenager. During this time the company was family owned and operated which gave me the chance to gain a unique insight from my father who has over 30 years of experience of the industry.
