Full program development, from concept to operational lifecycle, has been the constant deliverable I have produced countless times. Most recently, I created an IT Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Program based on industry standards. With over 30 years of IT system experience, Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, I am uniquely qualified to successfully implement a holistic disaster recovery plan. I have developed a deep desire to improve healthcare using my experience at OSF Healthcare in IT and training in project management. My expertise extends beyond Healthcare to other technical mediums. I have successfully implemented and managed countless systems that provided lasting business value. Projects I have managed include; deploying Microsoft Lync Messaging across the enterprise of employees, implemented a new phone recording system for 4 call centers each with unique phone systems, and developed a process to routinely apply operating system maintenance on over servers. I have managed vendor contract deliverables implementing computer telephony communication systems.
