I \"fell into\" market research and never looked back. I\'ve gained a ton of experience working with some of the best clients in the world - Microsoft, Facebook, Intel, Google, T-Mobile - all helping them uncover the truth behind the data. I\'ve been apart of many market research studies which have given me plenty of practical experience in all aspects of the research process, within various methodologies and I have a strong focus in technology and telecommunication. I\'ve researched tough audiences (first time moms), difficult audiences (Database Managers), and challenging audiences (former customers). I believe that good market research is truthful market research. It begins by asking the right questions, then defining the right audience, ensuring we have the right mix of respondents, giving them a good survey experience, taking the necessary steps to analyze the data, understand the story behind the data and at the end of the voyage summarizing the journey succinctly. It is a wonderful odyssey.
