I’ve led the successful launch of several vehicle programs, authored multiple patents, and driven cost-saving initiatives through TVM actions that saved millions.I design and release exterior ornamentation parts and work closely with full-service suppliers to ensure design feasibility, manufacturing efficiency, and high-quality execution. I also conduct regular GEMBA walks at plant facilities to identify and resolve quality issues, some of which were tied to high warranty concerns.
