I manage a new inbound distribution hub that centralizes raw material acquisition from planning, purchasing, storage, and fulfillment. Led the development of this program from design through implementation which required engagement of multiple stakeholders, business units, and manufacturing sites. This new program is reducing the total cost of ownership through inventory optimization, procurement savings, and reduced risk of excess inventory.
