Let me introduce myself; My name is Nick Nelson, after reading this I hope you will be excited to work with me. The skinny is that I have lived in 7 states and moved over 50 times in my life. My parents were chasing the proverbial American dream which meant that I was the “new kid” in town. Moving around made me adaptable and comfortable in my own skin. I have two college degrees and have tested the waters in a variety of professions. I purchased my first home when I was twenty-four and have bought and sold many properties. After relocating from Alaska to Oregon, my wife and I purchased a few rental properties.
