I help companies by bridging between customers, internal orgs, and engineering teams to turn complex technical solutions into business impact.For almost two decades, I\'ve worked at the intersection of engineering, strategy, and operations—as a founder scaling from zero, as the first Sales Engineering hire at an early-stage startup, and as an engineer on small teams at a Stanford research lab and maturing startups. Whether designing hardware that worked on its first iteration, closing $6M+ in enterprise deals, or coaching startup founders through fundraising/storytelling, I\'ve learned that the best solutions come from understanding *both* the technology and the people using it.My approach focuses on three things:**Understanding the whole system:** I don\'t just see products or features—I see how technology connects to customer workflows, business models, and market opportunities. This systems-level thinking helps me identify where solutions actually create value.**Turning complexity into clarity:** My background spans industries (neuromorphic computing, Enterprise SaaS, climate technology, and healthcare diagnostics) and functions (hardware design and testing, software scripting/coding, and sales/marketing/operations), but my special skill is distilling technical depth into narratives that resonate with decision-makers. I\'ve spent 20 years teaching executives, students, and engineers how to communicate with impact.**Making ideas commercially viable:** I\'ve been in the founder\'s chair and the engineer\'s lab. I know what it takes to move from proof-of-concept to scaled production—and how to navigate the messy middle where strategy, operations, and customer reality collide.
