About Nicholas Morgillo

I currently work as a Senior District Manager for ADP in New York City. I help small businesses with payroll, HR processes, recruiting, tax & compliance, worker\'s compensation, 401K etc. If you own a business or know someone that does, I know how challenging it is and am eager to help! I graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. After graduation I started right away with Enterprise Rent a Car in their Management Development Program. I then was selected for the Enterprise Best of the Best program at one of the largest branches in the northeast, Newark Airport, where I mastered my skills in sales and customer service. I then was promoted to Assistant Manager of Red Bank Enterprise Rent a Car and was a consistent and dedicated leader through a global pandemic. Soon after, I was promoted again to Branch Manager of the Colonia/ Woodbridge location. I was in charge of the customer service, account management, marketing, growth, sales, profitability, employee development, and cost control of the branch. After Enterprise I was offered an interesting opportunity to start an Inside Sales team at the pharmaceutical sales company, Octapharma USA. I am an enthusiastic, involved, personable, outgoing and hard working leader always excited for my next career challenge.
