ABOUT NICK MOLYNEUX
From an initial exposure to construction, working as a labourer, on Dominion Street (EC2) Offices in 2003 and a brief soiree with MK Electrics, I joined DKP Consulting in 2006 to become a QS and haven’t looked back.Bringing a wealth of experience across a broad range of sectors I currently work closely with our Managing Director to run our practice as well as continuing to deliver projects. I have extensive experience in Acute Healthcare projects for multiple NHS Trusts. In addition to the commercial, ecclesiastical and education sector work, over the past few years I have been involved with the cost and quantum review and settlement of remediation claims in the residential sector, particularly fire performance post Grenfell as well as water ingress.Detailed measurement still continues to be a key aspect of my job, as we pride ourselves on being Chartered Quantity Surveyors, not just Cost Managers. I am experienced with using NRM2 first and second editions since their publication as well as the discontinued SMM7.
