RIBA Stage 2-5 of significant repair, redevelopment and restoration of Grade l Listed Victorian Town Hall in Manchester for Manchester City Council- Repairs to Grade II listed Wythenshawe Hall following fire damage and regeneration of buildings and pavilions within Victoria Park, Stafford - Planning and HLF funding proposals for Blackpool Museum Project, Blackpool Winter Gardens- Delivery on site of 2 separate office to residential schemes in North London to provide circa 65 new apartments- New gateway building as part of Rochester Riverside regeneration site - Refurbishment of 2no. Grade II Listed Georgian Townhouses – Bloomsbury, London - Refurbishment of Grade II listed office building, Bedford Square, London - Delivery of social housing schemes in West Midlands to provide new homes for various regional providers and contractor clients.
